Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 4–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Australia & International: 7–15 business days

- Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.
- KINERA is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed:

- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Check your mailbox and surrounding area.
- Contact your local carrier.
If the issue persists, contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation.
KINERA is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist where possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
